Chad Carlsen is the Chief Executive Officer of Infiniti Group, LLC and has worked in the behavioral health field since 2000. He is the co-founder of Hope by the Sea, a drug and alcohol treatment program located in Orange County that is celebrating its 20th year in business.
For the last 20 years, Chad has played an integral part in growing Hope by the Sea, while simultaneously developing new treatment centers and revamping already existing programs facing operational challenges. Like a true entrepreneur, he has skillfully handpicked his executive team to execute his vision of sustainable treatment programs with quality patient care at its forefront.

Chief Compliance Officer
Peter Gates serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Infiniti Group, LLC. He began his work in the behavioral health field 7 years ago. Peter’s experience in real estate investment seamlessly transferred in his current role as he applies his specialty in research and analytics to implement process improvements and present opportunities for the advancement of new and existing programs.
He is meticulous in his work and pays great attention to detail to maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk efficiently. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

As a seasoned executive in behavioral health, she boasts an impressive track record characterized by her profound expertise in program licensing and accreditation, unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance, meticulous dedication to quality assurance, and a keen eye for risk management.
In the past 15 years, Catherine has played a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and vigilant monitoring of regulatory compliance at both organizational and state levels. Holding a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, Catherine exemplifies a multi-faceted skill set. Her unwavering passion for aiding those in need continues to fuel her commitment to serving individuals requiring mental health treatment.
